I would like to... Be able to change these words

It would be nice to be able to customise the words 'I would like to...' particularly when you don't divide feedback into categories.

And to expand on that...
The names of the categories, the drop down text for the search box and their icons.

Just think of the variety of other applications you could use your system for if these words could change.
