captcha code always fails

I am trying to submit a problem without registration on my own project, however the captch always fails. Is this an issue you are aware of, or could this be a configuration issue on my side?

Could you please specify your website's name, name and version of the browser you're using and name and version of your operating system?

Just to clarify this issue: the idea submission does not work due to the captcha failing when I display the widget on my own domain. When I do do from idea.informer page, the captcha works just fine.

I have the same issue on Windows 7 with the latest version of Chrome. I actually can't do any administration within the site as I just get this error in the javascript console (even after logging in and out):
Uncaught Error: Invalid ReCAPTCHA client id: undefined

This definitely started happening within the last 6 weeks or so.

These are the ways to resolve reCAPTCHA not working error in your browser. But before you begin, you might want to clear your browser cache first and see.

Update your web browser to its latest version
Disable your VPN or Proxy Service
Reset IP address.
Check for malware on your PC
Reset your browser
