Add two options to each "suggestion"

1.Type: bug, feature, question etc...
2. For bugs: critical, important, of secondary importance, of little importance...
Same for each type of the first item. P.s.: I've peeped the idea on http;//getsatisfaction.com/.

2 - it won;'t be incorporated into main interfaces (at least now) but you can use it with your own interfaces via API.
