allow links in idea descriptions

there should be allowed some html tags like a href, b, i, u and ul
or you add WikiFormatting to the idea description textarea ("Your idea specification")

and links in the description should be converted to clickable links automatically

here is an easy solution if this is not changed:
just install the Firefox addon greasemonkey and use this script:
