Keep the widget centered

When widget pops up it doesn't stay centered when scrolling up/down.

While the widget is visible it would be a good idea to keep it centered till the widget is closed.

If users are at the bottom of the page, in the middle or anywhere but the top of the page and click on the "Leave Feedback" button they will not see the widget or even realize it has already come up.

Widget should stay in centre of view just like the "Leave Feedback" button does.

Please don't forget to call the new "onCenter()" function in onResize and onScroll eventhandlers too... >:)

confirmed. still an issue. please fix, as for long pages the dialog may not show at all in the visible page area... users will think the link does not work.
