Override the feedback status set

Currently the possible idea status set seems to be fixed to {Completed, In process, Scheduled, Declined}.

I'd like to be able to override that set, ex. rename the statuses or add "under review" to the set.

Status set override should be possible at both user and project level, with project level taking precedence over user level.

Of course, data safety goes first. Ideally, the system should warn me about affected feedback entries, if any, prior to alteration, and offer resolution tools (like when deleting a status to re-assign the affected feedback to another status).

At the very least the system should deny to delete a status already assigned to an idea. Renaming should be no problem though.
