Optional limited number of votes

Like in Uservoice, could be interesting to add an (optional) limit to the number of votes that each user can share.
In some environment may help to focus votes on more interesting ideas.

Is this something that can be done?
I would like an option to make the customer login / create an account before voting and each registered person can only have say 10 votes per year...

you ccan make em register but right now you can't cap it
