wildcard email access

Currently, we can restrict projects such that ideas can only be submitted by users specifically specified in an email address whitelist.

I'd like to have the ability to have wildcard specifications in the whitelist, so that I could allow anyone with an email address on a specific domain access to the project. For example:

*@mybiz.com

Would allow blanket access to anyone who has an email address on mybiz.com, such as john@mybiz.com and sarah@mybiz.com.
