Remove Declined Ideas from the top

For example, a user added an idea, other users vote for it, but the administration decides that this idea can't be implemented for some reasons and gives it a "Declined" status. The idea remains in the top and in a widget, thus taking extra place. Same with implemented ideas. Why do they remain in the top, if there's a separate tab for them? It would be even better to have an option of putting a tick "Remove from the top" in front of any idea. That would make the top more flexible.

We liked your suggestion that the author of the project should be able to remove any idea from the top. It is being implemented.
Thank you.
