Text Effect is not correct for 'TEXT' objects/layers

The text effects are not correct for TEXT layers.
It skews the effect based on 0.0 location instead of text location. Shows effect from 0.0 even if text is not located at 0.0.

The Text Effect appears to work correctly for Time display, but not for other value display like batter or temperature, etc.
