Add ideas via a widget: acceleration of the proces

When a person adds an idea to the website via a widget, the system should automatically check if there are similar ideas, and:
1. If there are similar ideas, show them instantly (now the user has to push the SEARCH button every time)
2. If there are no similar ideas - open the form for adding a new idea.
