Remove Declined Ideas from the topFor example, a user added an idea, other users vote for it, but the administration decides that this idea can't be implemented for some reasons and gives it a "Declined" status. The idea remains in the top and in a widget, thus taking extra place. Same with implemented ideas. Why do they remain in the top, if there's a separate tab for them? It would be even better to have an option of putting a tick "Remove from the top" in front of any idea. That would make the top more flexible.
